No-cost education, training, and employment support for eligible young people ages 16–24.
YES helps eligible young people facing barriers to education, training, or employment build skills and prepare for the workforce. Support is funded through WIOA and depends on eligibility.
Ages 16–24 with barriers to school, training, or employment. WIOA eligibility and the appropriate in-school or out-of-school pathway are determined by YES staff.
Complete the interest form first. YES staff will explain required age, identity, residency, school, income, work-authorization, or barrier documentation. Submit records directly to YES, not LifePath.
Referral required

Complete the official online interest form. A team member states they will normally contact applicants within 24–48 business hours. Call or email YES if no response arrives.
