About this service

The weekly clinic addresses evictions and appeals, disability accommodations, lockouts, repairs, security deposits, utilities, and some expunction matters. You do not need to be a Haven for Hope client. Service is first come, first served.

Eligibility

Applicants must qualify for the type of civil legal assistance requested. Clinic capacity is limited. For an expunction, the offense must have occurred in Bexar County for the listed process.

What to bring

Bring copies of every document connected to the issue. For a Bexar County expunction screening, obtain a copy of the criminal history from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Originals are not required. Do not upload records to LifePath.
