About this service
The St. Mary’s Consumer Protection Clinic operates a Housing Hotline for urgent landlord-tenant and foreclosure concerns. The broader Clinical Program accepts only a limited number of qualifying cases and screens income and assets.
Eligibility
People facing an eviction or foreclosure threat may call for information, advice, and referral. Any additional clinical representation depends on practice area, income and asset screening, legal deadlines, conflicts, and capacity.
What to bring
Have the eviction notice, citation, lease, payment record, foreclosure notice, court papers, and upcoming deadlines available. Share them only through the provider’s approved process.
